Finding Independent Components using spikes : a natural result of hebbian learning in a sparse spike coding scheme

This work is an attempt to learn independent components in image using a network of spiking neurons. It is an attempt to overcome the difficulties of applying STDP without functional constraints as in Publications/Perrinet02esann and Publications/Perrinet01.

It was extended in :
